 This research applied a nanostructured electrochemical sensor with screen-printed electrode (SPE) for examining the dopamine (DA) electrocatalytic oxidation when uric acid (UA) was present. Cu(salophen) modified SPE Cu(salophen)/SPE employed to investigate behavior of DA. At optimal pH (pH 7.0), DA at takes place potential around 100 mV less positive than unmodified SPE. Chronoamperometry used determine diffusion coefficient (D = 1.96×10-5 cm2 s-1). Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) showed linear response in range between 0.2-450.0 ?M The limit detection (LOD) computed be 0.05 ?M. Moreover, determining presence UA using DPV. DPV results that electrode, two well-separated peaks and could obtained potentials 180 325 mV, respectively. separation forms basis co-detection these materials on surface Cu(salophen)/SPE. then real specimens.
